Pacemaker of my Life

Nature has its own rhythms. They give birth in the spring and grow in the summer, retreat in the fall and sleep or die in the winter.

It is not natural for a human being to be efficient and in full swing at all times. I have to find my own inherent rhythm, the Pace of my Life.

It is not a rational plan, but a matter of being. I have to be equal to my natural rhythm. That condition creates inner peace from which I can synchronize with other people, Nature and this Planet.

Coaching Corner:

(Reflect alone) How do you perceive the pace of your thinking and actions?  Can you slow down or speed up, if necessary?  (start dialogue) View your communities.  Which groups have a skilled sense of rhythm? Which ones need to calm down? Or speed up?
