Black belt in mind defence

I’m breathing in. I’m breathing out. It’s easy to calm down when it’s silent outside.

What about a busy day at work? When others are trying to infect their anxiety to me? Is my peace of mind dependant on the peacefulness of my surroundings?

No worries, my peace comes from within. I have a black belt in mind defence.

Coaching Corner:

(reflect alone) How good are you at concentrating your mind? How do you train your focusing skills? (start dialogue) Who are the people that threaten your mind control? And who can help you in it?
